"Having worked for 30 years in sales and marketing roles, as a consultant and as a leader of business transformation, I've learnt a few things and I've observed - continue to observe - many more. This site  aims to build on existing Change Management and Leadership thinking and capture these learnings, observations. and proof points.

Richard Clissold-Vasey, better known as Richard CV, is a COO, Transformation Leader  and Change Management Expert who drives growth and profit through business transformation, digital transformation and by implementing strategy and turning businesses around.  He applies skills gained working in consulting, leadership and transformation roles to improve organisational effectiveness, commercial performance and client delivery. 

After cutting his teeth in tough commercial roles in companies including Mars and UB, Richard moved into consulting initially setting up a successful shopper marketing consultancy, he then moved to Glendinning Management Consultants, a highly respected boutique sales and marketing consultancy. He has advised many of the world’s best known branded manufacturers, worked on over 70 categories and across multiple sectors including consumer goods, retail, technology, telecoms, oil and gas.

A full time focus on transformation and change (understanding and resolving tough organisational challenges,) started 13 years ago when Richard moved to Kantar, the world’s leading data, insight and consulting company. During this time he has build a track record of successfully designing and implementing future focused business models; customer centric delivery; improved organisational effectiveness and commercial practices. Highlights include shifting mindsets and ways of working in thousands of colleagues in 70 countries, successfully integrated two of the UK’s largest marketing research agencies,  tackled systemic operational and delivery issues and dramatically improved project profitability.

Richard lives in South West London. He is a proud father of young twin girls, a marathon runner and a keen traveller having worked in 30 countries and travelled to 57.
