According to PWC feedback from CEOs that they plan a ‘no regrets’ recovery with 77% planning to increase their investment in digital transformation.

However, to drive the growth and resilience that is desired, transformation initiatives will need to be both customer centric and deliver benefits for employees, as well as for customers and their businesses. Focus will also be needed on the behavioural and cultural changes essential to drive user adoption and business benefits if the full potential from the investment in digital is to be achieved.
